Businesses falling under these categories cannot be onboarded on Trustticks or partner aggregator rails.
In accordance with directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Indian Penal Code, Cyber Laws, and partner Payment Aggregator compliance guidelines, Trustticks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. strictly prohibits onboarding, integration, or transaction routing for the following business activities:
Unlicensed gambling, lotteries, betting, or online gaming involving wagering of real money without statutory exemption
Illegal narcotics, prescription drugs without licensed pharmacy authorization, and psychoactive substances
Weapons, firearms, military ammunitions, and explosive materials
Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or unregistered chit funds
Adult content, pornography, and escort services
Unregistered crypto asset exchanges, binary options, and unregulated forex trading schemes
Counterfeit goods, trademark-infringing replicas, and unlicensed software keys
Hate speech materials, harassment tools, or goods promoting violence and criminal acts
Note: Attempting to disguise merchant business operations or selling banned items under a misleading business category constitutes fraud and will result in immediate termination, blacklisting, and reporting to statutory authorities.
