Terms of Service

1. Nature of Services (TSP Framework)

Trustticks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. acts solely as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) providing software APIs, checkout user interfaces, routing algorithms, and merchant dashboard tools. Trustticks is NOT a bank and does NOT hold, custody, or operate independent escrow custody of customer settlement funds.

All fund collection, holding in nodal/escrow accounts, and final disbursement to merchant accounts are performed exclusively by RBI-authorised Payment Aggregators (PAs) and partner banking institutions.

2. Merchant Eligibility & Digital KYC

To utilize the Trustticks platform, merchants must complete digital KYC verification, submit valid statutory documents (PAN, GSTIN, Bank proofs), and comply with RBI Guidelines on Merchant Onboarding. Trustticks and its partner aggregators reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail periodic re-KYC or engage in suspicious transaction patterns.

3. Prohibited Activities

Merchants may not use Trustticks infrastructure for transactions involving illegal goods, unauthorized financial schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), unlicensed gambling/betting, or any item listed in our Merchant Negative List.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram / New Delhi, India.
