Trustticks Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Trustticks", "we", "our", or "us") operates as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) delivering payment infrastructure, software dashboards, and routing software to merchants and end-users. We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all personal and transactional information entrusted to us.

2. Information We Collect

To provide merchant onboarding, KYC compliance, and transaction reporting, we may collect:

• Merchant Identity Data: Business Name, Certificate of Incorporation, GSTIN, and Business PAN.
• Authorized Signatory KYC: Director/Proprietor PAN, Aadhaar (via UIDAI masked OTP), contact address, phone number, and email.
• Settlement Banking Details: Bank Account Number, Account Holder Name, and Bank IFSC.
• Technical Identifiers: IP addresses, browser fingerprint, API request logs, and access credentials.

3. Cardholder & Sensitive Financial Data

In strict compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and PCI-DSS regulations, Trustticks does NOT store, process, or transmit raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or card PINs on its own application servers. All payment credential entry and tokenization occur within the PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure of our licensed partner Payment Aggregators (Cashfree, Razorpay, Easebuzz, PayU).
